The diet portion of my Fitter by 40 program is based on this book by Ori Hofmekler. His advice ran completely counter to everything I thought I knew about nutrition, but the results I'm achieving are remarkable and this book is definitely worth a look.

This book goes into detail about the science behind The Warrior Diet, and I highly recommend it if you are considering following the diet yourself.
