My Warrior Diet

I have received a lot of emails about my diet.  The main question is "So, you don't eat?".  I do, lots.  I love food.  The Warrior Diet consists of an overeating phase followed by 16-18 hours of under-eating.  This under-eating phase includes sleeping so the hungry phase is only 10 hours.  Note that it is an 'under-eating phase', not a 'no-eating phase'.  This is what I ate today:


  • 0500  Wake up, take Vitality and Joint supplements with Greens+ Multi
  • 0930  1 medium organic apple
  • 1045  Post-workout protein shake
  • 1200  2nd post-workout protein shake
  • 1230  1 cup raw organic celery and shot of organic espresso
  • 1500  1/4 cup raw organic walnuts
  • 1630  1 cup raw organic celery with hummus
  • 1730  Joint supplement
  • 1800  Dinner Time!
    • ground lamb browned with onion, carrot and celery
    • sautéed asparagus
    • whole grain red rice
      • 3 plates worth - it took an hour and a half!
  • 2000 2 cups organic oatmeal
  • 2100  Joint and Cortitrol Supplement
